It is a tool you can use with medication and therapy to help you get organized and reach your goals. The coach will find practical ways to deal with everyday tasks that might be tougher because of your ADHD.
The coach will work on things like:

• motivation
• organizational skills
• Accountability partner
• problem-solving and more
Coaching sessions last between 30-60 minutes and those who can benefit from ADHD coaching are aware they are in need of help and feel ready to make a change.
