Individual Therapy
I offer therapy for individuals to work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other mental health issues to help them take control of their life again.
Teletherapy
I offer therapy through online video sessions for those who prefer to have their therapy session remotely rather than in-person. All you need is a webcam and internet connection.
Emerging Adults
I offer therapy to individuals making the transition from High School to College. This change can bring on several challenges, for the EA and parent(s).
Therapy for Teens
I offer therapy for teens ages 13 - 19. Teenagers experience a lot of life changes. I provide a space for teens to talk about the changes in their life to help them navigate and grow.
Therapy for Kids
I offer therapy for kids ages 3-12; kids struggle with expressing their emotions appropriately and parents may have challenges helping their children express themselves. Kids often times show how they feel through their behavior, let us help you decode those behavioral outbursts. ,

Starting therapy is easy. Simply contact my office and we will set up a time to meet. During our first session will be going over what issues you are currently dealing with. After that, we will work together to get you over adversity.
Typically, my therapy sessions last about 50min.
This depends on the person. Some people only need therapy for a few months while others need to attend therapy for years. Each individual is different, and It’s my mission to help my client’s eventually leave therapy and live a life without needing it.
This is different from person-to-person. Typically, people attend therapy once a week. However, for those who have been going to therapy for a while, they might only come in once a month. While those who are in more severe circumstances attend twice a week.
Yes, I accept insurance from most providers. If your insurance is not listed, you can call your insurance carrier to see if they will reimburse you for paying out-of-network providers. Some carriers will either reimburse your out-of-pocket expense or apply it toward your deductible. We use Headway to verify insurance and copays. Please note Headway will have you create an account and add your credit card so they may charge for copays.
Absolutely, I charge $150-$200 per 50-minutes for those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket or do not have insurance.
